Day in and day out, Mr. Kane represented the values of Keswick impeccably. He transported her carefully and without incident; assisted her on the mini-coach and off with great care and patience; always referred to her by name and in the most courteous manner; and waited with great patience when I failed to hear the signal and he would start her towards home.
